Your success in this role will depend largely on your exceptional customer service ethic, attention to detail and commitment to continual improvement, together with your proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications and ability to work both independently and as part of a busy team.

 

Related experience is required and relevant formal qualifications will be highly regarded, although are not essential.

Are you an experienced contracts administrator or financial/project reporting professional with highly developed relationship management skills and a hands-on approach to your work? Can you demonstrate your technical competence, effective organisational skills as well as your attention to detail? Do you have strong written and oral communication skills, unquestionable integrity and highly developed internal customer service ethic?

Providing natural resource management services to the private, public and community sectors, our dynamic organisation is seeking an astute professional to take responsibility for: drafting contracts within agreed parameters; managing a detailed Access database; tracking, monitoring & reporting on all contractual arrangements; liaising with external legal advisors & funding partners; establishing & maintaining accurate reporting systems; creating report templates & generating reports to deliver meaningful & timely decision support information; and related administration & staff training.

Your ability to work as an integral part of a dynamic team and provide a high level of service to internal and external customers, coupled with your open and pragmatic style and ability to meet deadlines, will underpin your success in this rewarding role.
