April 2008 - A former Townsville High principal once described by Tony Mooney as having dynamic leadership
qualities is the new member on the board of Burdekin Dry Tropics NRM.
Bill Sperring, who retired after 19 years in December 2007, has pledged to offer the same qualities to his
new appointment in the non for profit natural resource management operation - that has become widely
